[PoC] Teach Me How to Howl

Once the young Saoirse, while playing, got lost from her pack. Wandering, lonely, she remembered when mom told her that the lights in the sky used to be a good map-as the stars- for those who knew them well. But she didn't know them, she barely knew the lands! It was impossible to get back, for the puppy's mind.
It was getting darker, the sun wasn't there anymore, Saoirse was tired and afraid, she had been calling for her mom for so long.The pup looked at the lights and sat down on the snow, upset, looking around. Then something shone on her mind. The adults almost never called loud for the others...they used to...howl when they wanted to be heard from far away. But..how, how did they..?
She tried unsucessfully for the first time, it was awful actually. In the second, a faint howl came out of her mouth but it was too low to be heard. Attempt after attempt she started to feel she was finally getting better as the lights got brighter, until a puppy howl made completely of effort and tiredness was heard by the others. The response was almost immediate, Saoirse got up and ran, shaking her tail and trying to follow her mom's voice, a stronger but soft howl that only she could do, while ignoring any other noises, no matter their owners, when they found each other. 
The puppy sobbed, putting her face on her mother's fur, feeling immediatelly comforted by her smell.
"Oh mom, I thought I'd never see you again!!!" she cried.
"It's okay dear, I am here now." 
The adult howled at the sky as the other pack mates did, as well as her puppy, that had just found her own voice.

I did this drawing dayss ago in my tablet, and was hopeful to go tweak and put some more details in my PC, but time.......and I am too excited for her first art, I can't wait anymore XD
